Great taste is the essence of a summer well lived. Bringing together the expertise of well-known foodie Anna Barnett and Head of Bars at The Ned, Dan Berger; guests will be taken on a journey of exploration inspired by the five key taste profiles: sweet, sour, salty, umami and bitter.
Upon arrival, guests will enjoy a brunch style canape reception, where they will be invited to explore and identify their preferred taste profile. They can then personalise their own dish with Anna Barnett on hand to share her expertise. The ingredients behind each dish has been carefully crafted to pair with Grey Goose’s refreshing summer serve, Le Grand Fizz.
